The Breton far Ingredients Recipe for 8 people
500 g stoned prunes
100 mL brandy
10 g butter for the platter
200 g flour
2 g salt
100 g sugar
4 eggs
100 g melted butter
750 mL milk

Let the stoned prunes to swell in the brandy.
Put them in a platter that goes in the oven, after having buttered the platter.
Mix the flour, sugar and sal.
Add the eggs one by one and mix the mixture with a wooden fork.
Add the melted butter and the milk.
Mix as much as needed in order to obtain a homogeneous dough.
Pour the dough over the punes.
Put in the over ar 200°C (th 6-7) for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve the cake lukewarm in its platter.
