compared to 38% in September 2003 and 34%
in October 2002, Médiamétrie stated in a news release.

Outside the Parisian area, the number of Internet users
leaped by 33% in October 2003 compared
to October 2002, whereas, in the Parisian area,
the Internet users' population increased by 5%.
